Job Requirements
The role will be consultative in nature and will involve supporting the
Plant Manager and senior management team in changing the culture of this
business. Your responsibility will be to ensure that all systems procedures
and policies for QEHS are in place and being adhered to. This will require
working closely with group consultants and internally with employees at
all levels. The plan has been set you will need to drive the change and
ensure the results are sustained.
