More New Publications - Process Survey Tools
Process Survey Tools (PSTs) are a means of measuring the maturity levels of key business processes. They are practical tools aimed at helping managers improve their planning and decision-making processes, as well as giving them guidance on how to improve the processes. With the PSTs, organisations will be able to compare where they currently are, with where they would like to be, and provide direction on what to do to get to the next level. Higher Process Survey Tool scores - and therefore greater process maturity - should lead to improved business performance. For any organisation, improving performance from Self-Assessment or other approaches means developing the whole network of processes through which the organisation functions. The PSTs are fully compatible with the Excellence Model because processes lie at the very heart of the Excellence Model.
