| Quality Systems Administrator To implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System. To document, maintain and update the specification system. To provide management information at both local and corporate level. To maintain and update all customer intellectual property and associated documentation. To administer and maintain the calibration system. To deputise for QA Manager in their absence. Key Duties and Responsibilities: To ensure that all necessary documentation is available at the point of use. Is current, legible and pertinent to the activity. Maintaining both paperbased and electronic systems. To ensure that all current and archived documents are maintained in good condition for the length oftheir retention period. To ensure that the QMS audits are issued to trained auditors according to the audit schedule. All audits are reviewed and corrective actions requested/implemented through the departmental managers. To ensure that all specifications are up to date and available for users in a timely manner. To accuately minute the Management Review and Quality meetings and distribute the minutes. To specify, purchase, repair/replace all items of equipment required for QA dept. To represent the systems function within the HACCP team. To set up, monitor and review micro contracts/results to customer and company requirements. To set up, monitor and review calibration contracts/results. Deputise for QA manager for meetings and audits as necessary.
