Engineer To ensure that all QA activities are included in, and are completed in line with project plans for prototype, pre-production and production programmes, including :- APQP, FMEA's, control plans, process potential studies, process capability studies, MSA, SPC, etc. To take responsibility for the PPAP processes for new and changed products. Performance of internal audits on systems, processes and products. To generate process and product improvements through concern resolution activity and formation of CI teams. To liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve concerns and generate ongoing improvements. To support other quality-related activities where applicable. To give technical support to Manufacturing and Engineering
on all aspects Person Specification Summary The role requires an experienced quality Engineer
from an plastic injection moulding and toolmaking background with knowledge
of QS9000/TS16946. Team player, who is able to communicate well at all
levels, is well organised and able to set priorities and see tasks through
to completion.
